The RAL Quality Seal on the packaging of our medical compression stockings guarantees that our products meet this norm.

The RAL guidelines are set by the “Gütezeichengemeinschaft” who decides, in cooperation with the “German Society of Phlebology”, the standards (quality and technical specifications) required for the production of medical compression stockings.

The independent Hohenstein Research Institute carries out tests to verify the requirements set by RAL are met and principally on the basis of:

• pressure gradation
• fibre analysis
• knitting structure
• chemical analysis
